set one month after the calamity at slateport, the cities of fortree and and lilycove are continuing their annual winter celebrations. using ice pokémon to temporarily create controlled winter landscapes, people and pokemon alike celebrate the season; however, this time, the festivities revolve around a charitable cause: fundraising for the displaced slateport survivors.[break][break][break]
